I am in need of what has been termed a "secure copy tool" Does anyone have information on such and/or where I might gather such info....appreciate any comments/suggestions...thanks.

Paragraph 3.4.a of the Master SSP for Standalone etc. Rev. 3.0 says "a. The DAA must accredit the first IS under the Master SSP. Once the Master SSP has been accredited and the ISSM has been granted self-certification authorization by the DAA, the ISSM may certify additional ISs that have similar Profiles. Self-certification is granted in writing to those ISSMs who have demonstrated an appropriate level of training and knowledge of IS requirements for the complexity of ISs within their facility. At a minimum this will include attendance at the DSS IS Security Procedures for Industry Course."
I can't seem to find the paragraph(s) in Chapter 8 or ISL that says: "Self-certification is granted in writing to those ISSMs who have demonstrated an appropriate level of training and knowledge of IS requirements for the complexity of ISs within their facility. At a minimum this will include attendance at the DSS IS Security Procedures for Industry Course."
Likewise, I can't locate the paragraph(s) that discuss the minimum training requirement as being the DSS IS Security Procedures for Industry Course.
Please someone tell me which paragraphs specify these requirements or are these self-imposed requirements?
