To All PKI-PKE colleagues,

The 5th DoD PKE TECHNICAL Forum is coming soon.  You can now reserve on-site hotel rooms, but we need your input before we can open the on-line registration at http://iaevents.com.  We need your input to help us plan the Wednesday agenda. We want this forum to be technical and in the weeds. We want you to provide us NIPRnet and SIPRnet PKE issues that require resolution. Our plan is to work these on Monday through Wednesday and brief a solution or a recommended course of action to the general assembly on Thursday. We can host 10 all day or 20 half day working group sessions on Wednesday.

We need you to suggest topical areas, and if possible, a technical facilitator to lead the discussion and deliver the session presentation on Thursday. Once we have your input, we will finalize the agenda and open the on-line registration. If we have no new agenda suggestions by 31 July, the PMO will finalize the agenda and open registration.

PMO) will not have anything planned for this day. The PKI PMO will provide Friday morning break service, based on the number of
on-line registrations for Friday activities. If any Service, Department or Agency is planning Friday activities, we need to know before
we activate on-line registration.

SUMMARY:

This will be an excellent forum. Last time, some attendees requested we revamp and provide for some down-in-the-weeds technical discussion and problem resolutions. We are ready. We need you to identify your needs, issues and wants for this forum. We have a good location with excellent infrastructure. With your input, we can make this the best PK Enabling Forum we've had. It will be good, so plan on coming. Contact Joe, Betsy or myself if you have any agenda questions. Please send us your agenda ideas and facilitator nominations as soon as possible so we can open the on-line registrations.

Looking forward to seeing you in the fall,
